I was born, raised & embraced by the sensuous, warm waters of Northern Florida, while I was educated & matured in the eclectic ways of California thinking and being. I received my name, Stephanie Rainbow Lighning Elk Wadell, in a sun dance ceremony in 1995 and it was given to me in a vision. It should be noted that the SunDance was a vision SunDance and not a piercing SunDance, which is a path of healing through pleasure, as opposed to healing through pain.
